Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@gigsak.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or GIGSAK® gift cards.

Exchanges

GIGSAK® Multi-Functional Outdoor Blanket exchanges not accepted. Ensure you select the GIGSAK® you want when ordering.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your return to:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved.

Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@gigsak.com.
