Caring for your GIGSAK

Caring for your GIGSAK couldn't be easier, just follow our simple guide.

Packing up

After a day full of fun and adventure, we recommend folding your GIGSAK so the polyester side is folded together to ensure there's no muddy mess. Check out our handy guide on folding your GIGSAK.

When you get home

We know it's tempting to unload the car and sit down, but like your muddy football boots, it's best to give your GIGSAK a little TLC as soon as you can.

WARNING: After your fun day out, your GIGSAK may be a little muddy or full of sand, so it's best to take your GIGSAK outside to unfold. Once unfolded, wipe down the polyester with a warm, damp sponge or cloth. If the fleece side has food, puke, or maybe even dog mess, then obviously give this a good clean, too. 

Hang the GIGSAK somewhere to dry off. Once dry, fold it up (this time with the polyester to the outside) and place it in our beautiful Tote Bag so it's ready for your next outdoor adventure!

Washing instructions

  • Hand wash, warm water (if your GIGSAK needs a little more TLC then machine wash at 30ºC, the Wool cycle is ideal)
  • Spin dry
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • DO NOT iron
  • DO NOT dry clean
