Shipping policy

We aim to send out all orders placed before midnight on the next working day (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). At busy times, we might not be able to do this, and once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. For example, if you order before midnight on Wednesday, we will aim to send it to you on Thursday.

Our working days are Monday through Friday (we are closed on bank holidays). While we always do our best to meet the next working day dispatch goal, there might be an additional delay in dispatching your order during busy periods.

All items are sent using a tracked service. When ordering, please provide your email address to receive delivery updates. Delivery is not guaranteed by any of our couriers.

UK Mainland Delivery

All orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually a 2-3 business day delivery service, but at peak times, it may take longer.

Although Royal Mail offers 48-hour delivery, this is not a guaranteed service.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands

Delivery charges are the same as those for the UK mainland. Please be aware that delivery might take several days. We reserve the right to use a different courier or postal service for some remote location post codes.

Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man

Delivery charges are the same as those for the UK mainland. Please be aware that delivery might take several days. We reserve the right to use a different courier or postal service for some remote location post codes.

International Delivery

Please note that all deliveries outside Great Britain and Northern Ireland may be subject to import duties. GIGSAK does not cover import duties, and if you are concerned about import fees, please check with your local customs office.

Orders to the rest of the world: All orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Deliveries to Europe usually take 3-5 working days. The rest of the world usually takes 6-11 working days.

Most orders should reach you within 14 days of dispatch from our GIGSAK HQ.

The quickest method to calculate delivery charges is to add items to the shopping cart and use the 'Calculate shipping' function at the bottom left of the screen.

We reserve the right to use a different delivery method at any time but will always send all orders using a reliable courier service.
